I took a chance and purchased this item the day after I returned the hobby table because of the hole on the top of the table that was filled with putty. To my surprise there were several damaged panels. It's hard to believe that inspector worker #1 dated 3/2/13 did not see those areas. Now I'll have to make another one hour trip to return this item. I will not be purchasing any more of your products and would not recommend to anyone. Your business needs to hire competent QC workers that will actually take time to inspect merchandise before shipment goes out.

Instructions indicated that assembly time is approximately 50 minutes. Well, that's an understatement.

Between myself and my father the time it took to assemble was 3 hours, yes, 3 hours. Part of it was the vague instructions and our dedication to make sure we were doing the assembling correctly.

Please revise instructions to read clearer and revise time to be more realistic. Anyone else would have given up and taken the table back to the store.

Love my quilters table item number 38434. But would like to get somethin to protect the top while using a rolling cutter. Can you suggest something

Received damaged. 4 days after Joanne's emails you to see if parts can be obtained and sent back out or if the entire package needs to come back and be re-ordered (and hope this next one doesn't arrive damaged also) and still waiting on a response.

Very disappointed in how you packaged the item. Very disappointed in how it arrived in styrofoam that was disintegrating. Very disappointed that scratched parts were included, rusted parts were included. Worker #2 who inspected this on 4/7/16 should not have let those parts go through to packing....

The instructions on this thing is terrible. Very small pictures, barely any written instructions during the first half of the booklet. Took me and my husband about 4 hours to put together. And we are both very capable at putting furniture together. Almost made me regret getting it. Also the holes that were drilled on the wheels were too big and the screws that were supplied did not fit. So my husband had to go get some from the hardware store that would hold the wheels. The grid on top of the table is a bit thick. I wouldn't use the lines on the grid for precise cutting, just as a roundabout measurement.

Your instructions are awful, hard to tell which way the magnets are supposed to face and the bent hinges are hard to tell as well, the packages were not numbered correctly. The piece marked D is broken and will break off completely if I try to use it. I have traveled to far to get this table to return it to the store and your paper says to contact you. Also you give the address of which does not work but does? you would think you could get your own address correct!

Really disappointed with the quality of this product for the price. Not to mention I had to go to the hardware store to get repacement hinges as the white ones were useless. In addition I had to purchase different screws as the ones for the casters went right thru the hole. I'm still considering returning it and getting my money back.

Poor quality table. I received this table as a Christmas present and the side table fell off before the end of April.

The product I received was inspected by #07 1903. I routinely put together large and small IKEA products and enjoy the process. This was nothing like that. The instructions are simply awful, and the materials are fragile. The pictures do not show which directions to mount the hinges, stops, or catches. It took over 4 hours to assemble and it is still not fully assembled because 5 of the cam locks broke, (one disintegrated in my hand even before trying to insert it.) No extra ones were included for such a contingency. (The instructions say this is a 50-minute assembly.) There are two places in the instructions where the wrong side of the panel feature is detailed.

I just finished putting together my quilters table. You need to better explain which way the magnets and hinges attach. I spent the last hour switching most of them because they were on incorrectly. I tried to follow the pictures, but the pictures are insufficient. Otherwise it took me two nights, but I did it by myself and very happy with it.

Worse than poor quality.
Several cam locks broke while assembling.
First time used, all three hinges on the swing out door pulled out, and two caster wheels broke off of their mount while moving. This resulted in table top also ripping off.
Will not recommend, and will not buy another product from either Sullivan nor JoAnn's fabrics.

My new quilters table arrived on Thursday and my husband and I put it together yesterday. I was wondering what it was going to cost to replace the mat top so gave been researching. What I found was your table that I purchased because it was the dimensions that I wanted, arrived 7 inches shorter in width than you advertise. My tables dimensions are 48 long by 29 in in wide. What's the deal? Did they send the wrong table? We have this one all assembled and I was pleased until I found out this error! What can be done about this? I wanted the dimension you have in all your ads for this product! Please get back with me on this problem. Thank you, Diane Turner
Also, there were a few problems, like drawer missing a insert for a screw, directions could have been made clearer by providing details about having to work on both sides of the piece.
I will be waiting for a resolution to this problem...

I got this for my birthday and when I was putting it together the instructions, how can I put this? ???? SUCK! There were scratches on the cubord door, the little plastic hinges are basicly worthless one of the wheels were broke I could go on but I will just say poor quality for the amount my mom paid. I thought it would be a little bigger and the top should have been made for cutting with out damaging it. I'm still deciding on just sending it back I will be surprised if it doesn't fall apart the first week I use it. I will never buy anything like this again from your company.

I have to echo other comments on the assembly instructions. We can’t get past Step 1 with Part #20 (slider). The pre-drilled holes don’t line up. Please someone contact us via email with more clearly written instructions. I really want to like this table but right now it’s a “no” for me.

I bought this from Joann's recently and spent a couple of hours putting it together only to have four of the wheels to break off right afterwards when I tried moving it! I emailed the company to get replacement wheels, but have not gotten anything back. Honestly I'm incredibly disappointed, I feel like it was a huge waste of time and resources.

I have no assembly instructions, and your online document shows NO pictures! Can you email the document with the pictures?

The desk itself is probably great, if we ever get it put together. The directions are terrible. At least one place has a typo on number of parts required. If you have to put something on both sides of a part, there are no written instructions indicating this. You just have to guess from the fact that the print is lighter for the opposite side. In addition, many of the parts are mislabeled or not labeled at all. Please tell your workers that O and Q are not the same letter. L and T are not the same label. One of the panels did arrive nicked, but if we get this heifer out together, I'm not sending it back.
