I’ve been sewing for over 50 years and have tried just about every zipper from every name brand on the market, and I keep coming back to these ‘Make a Zipper Kits’. The quality is just as good as any of the more pricier zippers, and why pay more for the same thing? It’s very aggravating to have a box of zippers and none are the size you need, so these zippers eliminate that problem. It’s so easy to cut just to the size you need, which eliminates waste and also saves you money. I’m all about saving money without compromising quality. You can also sew right over the coils without breaking a sewing needle. I highly recommend this product!

This concept is great. Move the attached heads down, cut to the length you want, no waste, works great. And you can order additional heads/pulls if needed. No more scouring the store display for the size you need. And who makes a 3 inch zipper? When finished, leave remainder on the roll and store. I can’t think of a single improvement except maybe additional colors or spool made in the color of your choice.

This is the second time I’ve bought a roll of zippers like this. They are actually very easy to use – it has directions right on the side of the package – and you can customize the zipper to whatever length you need it. It also is available in different styles – regular (like this one), invisible, and I think a heavy-duty as well. Also available in many colors. Buying zippers like this is much more economical as well if you get a color that you will use often. I highly recommend these zippers, and I try to buy them whenever I am using a common color. A++!

I needed a 27″ two way zipper to repair a baby item and I couldn’t find one anywhere, including craft and sewing stores. The zipper function is okay…it takes a couple of zips back and forth to get it open and closed from the bottom. It repaired two $30 items for $7, but I wish I would have know that it wouldn’t work the way I had hoped. Even so, it worked better than nothing. If you just need a bunch of white zippers, it definitely is a good deal.
