Shipping Policy

Shipping Options

At this time, MyNotions.com provides two methods to choose from. You can choose to have items delivered using UPS delivery service or using US Postal Service. We recommend using the US Postal Service for small/lightweight orders, and using UPS for large or heavy orders. All items ship from Downers Grove, Illinois. We do not allow local pick-ups. MyNotions will choose the best method for orders that qualify for free shipping.

Shipment Restrictions

Some items cannot ship via Express Delivery (Next/2nd Day Air), nor can they ship outside the contiguous USA. This may be due to size, weight or content such as aerosol, flammable, combustible products, with the latter having strict shipping regulations attached. These products will include an additional “Shipping Information” tab that inform the best method to choose.

We are only able to ship within the United States at this time. Please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Fees

Charges for shipping are based on the weight of the shipment, destination, and method of shipment chosen at checkout. All items ship from our location in Downers Grove, Illinois. Orders over $35 will ship free of charge, as long as the “Free Shipping” option is selected at checkout. At this time, the Free Shipping option is not available for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
